2. Where are public bathrooms?

Franklin’s town hall offers public bathrooms 7 days a week. It’s located across from the historic Tartan Museum at 95 East Main St.

3. Where can we park during events or when Main St. is full?

  • Street parking is available on Main St., Phillips St., Iotla St., Church St., and virtually everywhere in Franklin.
  • Parking lots are available behind the Tartan Museum off of E. Palmer St., the lots across E. Palmer St., at the United Methodist Church across from Lazy Hiker, and in the Town Hall parking lot on weekends.

Note: The Attic on Stewart St. has limited parking for customers only.

6. Do you have WiFi?

There is public WiFi in Franklin. No password is necessary. Simply accept the terms on the landing page.

7. What are your business hours?

Business hours vary according to the business. Most retailers open by 10 a.m. and close between 5 and 6 p.m. Restaurants open depending on their menu, i.e., breakfast venues open earlier than lunch and dinner restaurants.

8. When and where are the Farmer’s Markets, Artisan Alleys, etc.?

Every Saturday on Phillips St. and Iotla St. (intersecting E. Main St.) there are events:

  • Artisan Alley and Phillips St. Market alternate Saturdays to offer homemade goods.
  • The Farmer’s Market on Iotla St. is open every Saturday.

9. Dog friendly spots?

Most stores are dog friendly. Restaurants have designated their outdoor seating as dog friendly. You’ll have to check with each store.

11. Do you have to be located on Main St. to join SoF?

No.

We don’t have a physical office. We hold regular meetings on Main St.
